This Pineville outpost of the popular Kabuto chain features all of the elements that make the restaurants so popular: clean, modern decor, an extensive sushi menu and huge Hibachi tables. The Hibachi tables, which have grills right on them, allow you to choose some kind of meat (here try lobster, filet mignon or scallops) and then watch your own personal chef slice, dice and cook your food right in front of you. Does the food taste any better this way? No, but it is a lot of fun. The Hibachi tables are big, and therefore lend themselves to big groups. In addition to the Hibachi tables, there are regular tables where you can order from the sushi menu.
