We had dinner there last night and as usual, it was delicious! The lobster was perfect; the oysters rockefeller are so yummy. We were too full to eat dessert there, so we got cream brulee and cheesecake to bring home. It's our favorite steakhouse! The service is the best and the bar is the best place to go after a Cane's hockey game for late night dinner or a drink and snack.

We would like to thank manager,Ray Brown, and our server, Matt, for a wonderful celebration evening of our grandaughter's high school graduation. Sunday, June 8, our grandaughter was treated so special that it made the whole evening an very meaningful event.
Clam Bake is Divine
Lovely, fresh seafood in a relaxed atmosphere. The NE Clam Bake is to die for, the Lobster is succlent and straight from coastal Maine. I have not had better oysters on the half shell since going to New Jersey...Big, fat, and ice cold Rhode Island oysters to hit the spot.
To Pellegrino: It may not be in Philly, but it is in the region and it's EXCELLENT. All they do is seafood and they stick with what they know.Absolute best in town

The visit starts with the polite person who takes the reservation , and from start to finish it is perfect from the steak cooked as ordered , to the desert and all the service in between . I have eaten at about 6 different Ruth's Chris Steak houses over the past 15 years and every single one has been as great and consistant as the one before. Also having eaten at many of the best Steak Houses in Kansas City Mo. I can tell you this one stacks up with any. We especially Like the one in Cary.
Simply The Best
No comparison with ANY restaurant in the Triangle. At the time of reading this survey, the Angus Barn was rated #1 and Ruth's Chris was #2 - you must be joking! Ruth's Chris has consistent, friendly and professional wait staff, and the food is AWESOME. Angus Barn is noisy, and the service is so-so. No more Angus Barn for my money, Ruth's Chris is simply the best.
Visited several times;
Outstanding! You can;t miss here. The food is expensive but well worth it. I have been to several steak restaurants in the Triangle and this is the best! The wait staff is wonderful.
My only complaint is the 1st floor is very dark. Even though its a chain, we take our out of town friends here.What a meal.

I recently went to Ruth's Chris to celebrate my birthday. I had the Cowboy Ribeye, and I tell you I've never tasted a steak that compares. The seasoning (Salt & Pepper) was encrusted into this succulent beef. The creme brulee was also an excellent desesrt. I would highly recommend.
Xlent from entry to exit...
... Welcome was very congenial...service was above "normal" and the steaks were about as good and cooked as ordered as virtually anywhere i've been (& i'm a Westerner where we KNOW our steaks!!!)
Lousy food and waitstaff
I went to the improbably named Ruth's Chris in Cary and made the horrible mistake of ordering lobster. It was undercooked, completely removed from the shell and ice cold. Also, it cost more than $80. As a matter of fact, the only thing I liked about the whole meal was the potato side dish. The waitstaff hovers and constantly interrupts the conversation to keep asking about how we liked the food. I didn't like the food, the dessert was disgusting (pecan pie with cinnamon in it and the menu claims it is a southern recipe-awful.) I wouldn't go back if they paid my way. Try Bin 54 in Chapel Hill, the food is wonderful and the atmosphere is beautiful. I have been several times and will go back often.
