Simply the BEST!!!

We go to The Old Spaghetti Factory everytime we're in Saint Louis, it's become a family favorite! The food is great, the atmosphere and decor is to die for, and the service is fantastic!! If you're visiting or live in the area and have never been down you MUST make the trip!! With food and service like that you can't go wrong!!!

The food is fantastic the service is great, and the atmosphere is great, I really like the old time of yester year. In my opinion for the price and service you can not beat it. You go there and you just enjoy yourself and have fun. I have been going to the OSF for over 30 years and it just keeps getting better!

I'm not sure where:"E-Gads, just say NO!" ate, but it's not the same Old Spaghetti factory I go to everytime I'm in Saint Louis. Great food, great price and they make all their sauces and soups on site. They recently remodeled bar area and added new hardwood floors etc.......

Horrendous service, from the rude host/hostess to the inattentive waitress to the couldn't-care-less food runners. The food made 2 of us sick for a week. Everything was BAD, BAD, BAD. Food was cold, tasted like it was dumped out of a can. Salads were the worst slop, yuk! The atmosphere was loud and circus-like. Made for a disasterous evening.

Good for the money

Took a large group here for lunch, 11 of us during the week. I liked the atmosphere a lot and we got there upon opening so it was not crowded at all. Food was pretty good and the children really enjoyed being there, and especially their free ice cream that came with the meal. Service was good, and friendly. Bring a jacket - it was freezing in there. But overall it was a good place to try.

I have lived in the area my entire life and dined at the OSF hundreds of times. The food and service are both a toss up...sometimes good sometimes horrible. That is usually the range, either its great or its horrible. I have had more of the later lately. The service is almost always bad.

I think it is a really good restaurant. The atmosphere is very nice with the trolley and antique chandeliers. The wait is long but that is normal. They are opening a location in the Chesterfield Valley in spring or summer. The garlic cheese bread is exelent and so is the garlic butter for the bread. The pasta is pretty good too. For desert they usually have vannella and spomoni ice cream as well as juice bars. The bar area is pretty nice too. They have something that looks like a bar upstairs, but they don't use it. The chairs in the waiting and bar areas are comfortable. One time I was there, the people I was with knew the waiter. He was able to get us regular garlic bread, instead of the cheese. That waiter doesn't work there anymore. parking can be a problem only if there is something at the Edward Jones Dome, when they charge you $20.00. Usually they only charge you $5.00 for parking. Parking is really convenent, because there is a lot right across the street from the building.

After waiting more than 2 hours to be seated at a table, it took the waitress another 1/2 hour to come to the table and take our order, after waiting that long, the food was gross, everyone ordered something different and theres was no better than mine, its very sad that they can call it a Italian Ristorante.

Excellent and plentiful food. Service was good but you need to show right after they open or plan on an hour wait for a table.
