When you feel like dining in one of the 11 area locations, you'll be welcomed into a comfortable, relaxed, cafe-style setting with unpretentious service. Or, if you prefer to have your Italian feast delivered to the door, call or order online. Either way, you'll find a sizable menu with flavorful pizzas (from pepperoni to tostada, cheeseburger, Philly cheese steak, barbecue chicken, seafood and cheese-less veggie) and generous sandwiches (grinders, chicken parmigiana, turkey reuben) as well as appetizers, salads and a handful of de rigueur low-carb offerings. Online orders are available through the original location just south of the Country Club Plaza on Main Street as well as Lenexa, Barry Road East and Barry Road West.

    We went to the 39th street location on Friday night. There were no other customer in the whole building. The bartender/server was extremely rude and refused to go get our drink until we ordered. He wouldn't even leave the table so that we could look at the menu. There were four of us and wanted to drink and play pool. We had drinks and two pizzas. I can handle bad food but I can't handle a rude employee. That is how you make a living. I usually tip $20. That didn't happen.

    I love Minsky's pizza, but I think Leo's Pizza, north of the river on Englewood Rd, gives Minsky's a run for the money. Again, I love Minsky's, but Leo's is really different and good and I'm hard pressed to say one is better.

    Their pizza is great, but I prefer the pizza rolls. The last time I was back in KC, the one on Barry Rd. was no longer serving them!! I was sooo disapointed! I just hope the other ones still have them!

    I love Minsky's pizza!! Everytime my brother-in-law comes back to KC we have to go get a Minskys Pizza. We usually eat at the one on Stateline Rd., but the one on College Blvd is also great. I order them for dinners at work quite often, and it is one of the favorite dinners!! Great variety and great pizza!!

    Minsky isn't the best pizza in KC. It's probably the worst. I've worked a long time in the pizza industry, and enjoy all of the others on this list, but totino's frozen is better then minskys.

    I ate at the Minsky's on Main. Burnt Sauce and doughy crust....
