When you want something in music and dining that's outside the head-banger or hip-hop loop, you should find a place like Rossi's. In the crowd are more dresses than tube tops, more tie tacks than tongue tacks, and most of the sweat comes from the musicians and singers. The Blue Star Room is the conjoined sibling of Rossi's popular steakhouse, but deserving of a place of its own on the family tree. Aside from the fine cuisine from Rossi's kitchen, a great happy hour, and the 200-bottle wine selection, jazz is an all day affair here. Performers grace the stage during lunch and every evening. Dinner and cocktail shows featuring known artists are presented in an exquisite and intimate setting. Plush booths and tables near the stage confirm the claim that there is no bad seat in the house; and a combination of warm and cool blue lighting sets a smooth mood. Performances are intended for listening rather than dancing, but you'll get your money's worth whether you catch a dinner show (for which a meal included in ticket price) or a less expensive cocktail show. Sunday nights you can get two steak dinners and a show for about a sawbuck.

Never again will I be eating at Rossi's. There are just too many other places in town that I can spend money at and get twice the quality. The food was not good at all, to the point where I didn't even eat it. They screwed up the bill and charged us twice. When I called to ask about it, (3 days later after looking at my account ) the manager told me to call back and ask for the night manager and then hung up on me. I could understand if I had been short or rude but I was being more than nice about it. Seriously, there are so many other places in town I can go to have dinner and listen to music. I will not waste my time, nor do I recomend that you waste yours with this place.
