An evening at The Lounge is a journey, a visual feast. At each turn you'll find a different mood, a different style and a different sense of adventure. lushapple1 - 03/25/2005I went to The Lounge on Sunday, March 13th, 2005. It was A LOT of fun. They played a nice mix of reggae/dancehall and hip hop.......made me feel like I was back in Jersey again..... It was cold outside but it was HOT inside of the lounge. The drinks were good. The staff was very polite but they should have promoted better because the place was not as full as it could have been. I definitely recommend it for those who are looking to do something different and not so generic like the other clubs downtown. The atmosphere is very sexy........

uncleharley612 - 01/13/2003Visited this club from 1998 to 2000.Yeah it's plush, and if you like fringe modern art, it's posh. When I visited in the early evening, yuppies were having their "networking happy hours". When I visited late in the evening, the "alternative" set (I'm so cool cuz I'm not a yuppie, but I sure luv the money.) took over. Insidious pretentiousness is as wicked as the communist threat under Sen. McCarthy, but a lot less fun. Figure that out.
