Order delivery of a build-it-yourself or already-designed pie from Galactic's enormous inventory of organic ingredients, and it may come on a bicycle or electric car, the company's preferred transportation styles -- better yet, the delivery people are decked out in comic book super-hero costumes, like capes and tights and things. This environment- and community-friendly cafe focuses on the novel idea that you can feed people while having fun and benefiting society.

Besides eschewing fossil fuels and using local produce, Galactic is committed to recyclable packaging, charitable donations, many vegan options on the menu... and hemp, which shows up in some of the food choices. Order the Paul Bunyan (ingredients exclusive to Minnesota), an Organic Veggie or a combination of toppings (from among many) that include bison sausage, mock duck and tons of peppers. Prices are about the same as chain outlets, depending on size and number of add-ons. Pastas, salads and beverages are also available. If you live outside the delivery zone, the brightly colored storefront and retro interior are worth a visit.
