horrible horrible waiter Gerald

The food was good, I had the spinach lasagna. The prices are a little high. The service started off EXCELLENT, Gerald was very attentive, but, as the evening went on, he seemed to disappear, and when he did show up he was very rude. He was short with each of us and unattentive. We were a party of 8. At the end of the meal, some of us paid by credit card and some by cash. He took it all and came back to the table and told us we were short with the cash and when we got it straight to let him know. He offered no assistance. He walked by at least 3 times while it was being figured out asking if we were done yet. He was very rude. The tip he was left reflected the service we received. Very, very rude and unfriendly to us.

This restaurant will be lucky if they are still open in one year! We made reservations 2 weeks in advance, called ahead to be sure we would have a nice table as we were celebrating a special occassion, even gave the hostess a $20 tip. We were given a small table for 7 and a waitress that would be better fitted to work at a diner. She made mistakes on every course from drinks to appetizers to entrees. It took forever to get our food and then when it was all prepared wrong it took even longer. When this was all brought to the attention of the manager, he was as arrogant as the waitress and all they did to make things right (in their mind) was to send over dessert. When we protested this treatment and told the manager he should at least take care of part of the bill, he refused and told us we could call the CFO. Do yourself a favor and spend your money anywhere else but here!

Big Let Down

Although the atmosphere was beautiful (yet loud), the food was average. As an afiacondo of Italian food worlwide, this restaurant is sub-par and fails to meet expectations. Aggravating wait staff aside, the drinks were watered-down and the service forgetful and slow. I give this place a C-. Sorry to disappoint all of you hopeful patrons!

The best stylish restorant!The best olives I've ever tried!Very professional and polite waiters...If you like seefood and fish-they are the best!And finaly I can wear my sexiest dress!Enjoy!

The appetizer, the main course and our waiter were all a perfect 10! True authentic italian...what a refreshing change! Enjoy, you will not be disappointed! The bar is very unique and the atmosphere is pleasantly quiet so you can hear one another!
