THIS VET IS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL, BUT WHEN YOU ARE IN A MONEY STRUGLE THE DONT WANT TO HELP ANYBODY! I HAVE SPENT OVER A GRAND ON MY 5 MONTH OLD PUPPY AND THEY CANT EVEN TRY TO MAKE A PAYMENT PLAN WITH ME TO HELP MY LITTLE PUPPY. WE THINK THAT SHE HAS A URINARY TRACT INFECTION AND THEY JUST REFUSED US CARE!! PLUS THEY WANTED 100 DOLLARS FOR A URINALIST AND THE EMERGENCY VET ONLY WANTED 50. I FIGURED IT WOULD BE THE OTHER WAY!! THIS VET DOES NOT CARE ABOUT DOGS THEY JUST WANT MONEY

Sweetpea11086 - 06/15/2009I have had all my pets taken to Banfield.. at Quail springs and the Edmond Petsmart. Both places have taken excellent care of my pets! They really care about how you're doing and even though they probably see a lot of people and their pets, they know my name and my pets names. They did my cats declaw and spay, and my dogs spay... absolutely no problems. The doctors are great! The staff is always friendly and goes the extra mile! You can tell that everyone at Banfield really cares about your pets' wellbeing.
The wellness plans are the way to go! Saved me tons of money!
