  • Not worth it.

For the prices, I don't want a menu on a football, everything a la carte, and steak that wasn't done as requested TWICE!

  • TO LONG OF A WAIT

    Review rating : 3out of 5   SAAB517 - 05/30/2008

The wait was to long for something I could have got at any other steak house at a cheaper price

  • Its GREAT!

Wonderful food and service. Nothing else compares.
Having Carl's on this list is a joke! All his employees must be voting for Carl's chophouse. Its a stinky, dirty dive with poor service and hardly anyone goes there. Check out Carls website................oh, they closed it down.......guess they couldn't afford the electrical for their computer to keep their website online.

  • A true fine dinning experiance

    Review rating : 5out of 5   josephyaksich - 02/08/2007

Shula's is first class all the way. From the minute you walk into the door the staff starts to cater to your every need. From pulling out your chair for you to placing the napkin, service is top notch. The steak is the best I have ever had, with little to no seasoning needed, those cuts of meat are naturally delicious. I am not a fan of seafood, but the lobster is very good as well. Top it off with a desert and a capiciuno, it is the complete dinning experiance. It does take about an hour and a half to eat due to the fact it is a multi-course meal, not that service is slow. I recomend Shul'a for anyone looking for a great meal.

If you would even consider Shula's as a steakhouse, you haven't been to Morton's!

  • Service a bit slow, food great

    Review rating : 5out of 5   wolfman72 - 01/02/2007

I've been to all three steakhouses in the area Ruth's Chris,Mortons, and Shulas.
Service tends to be next to excellent at all. Don Shula's though has them all beat on taste of food.
Last trip though, my filet was overcooked and a bit dry. Still, the best overall chain with me.

  • bad service and food

    Review rating : 1out of 5   gorkatpas - 01/02/2007

It's overpriced. Food wasn't cooked to order and service was slow. Servers and Managers walk around with an aire of arrogance.

  • Bad expierence

    Review rating : 1out of 5   xeyespy - 12/19/2006

I bought gift certificates for 10 family members as Xmas presents last year. A group of six of us went for Sunday dinner. The steaksweren't cooked right. One had to be sent back twice. One person ordered chicken which the cook burnt. My complaint to the manager resulted in free desserts and i can honestly say their creme brulee was the worst i've ever had. After spending $$$$ I'd never go back of recommend it.
