    A Steak,a cigar in the bar--it's the best place.
    Service and management are excellent. They are a model of how a restaurant business should be run--the customer is paramount, the food is the best quality one can get in the southeastern Mich. area. As one might say "I'll pay anything for a good meal"--well,this is the place,bar none.

    Ruth's Chris not only has the best steak in town. The staff from the mangement to the servers treat you like royalty. I have been there on several occassions and all visits have been flawless!

    I have celebrated several occasion at Ruth's Chris and am continually amazed at the quality of food and service. Even when a steak was slightly under cooked, it was returned quickly, done to perfection. I have been to every other steak house in the Troy area, nothing beats Ruth's.

    There were four of us and we're not picky people by any means.
    Drinks were on the weak side and two entrees had to be sent back for more cooking.
    Waitstaff was just fine but the food is way overrrated.
    I would take Shula's for food and Ruth's Chris for service.

    Ever since corporate took over, changed their menus and all, service has not been good, and steaks have been poor. I use to love Ruth Chris, but my last 3 times there have had bad experiences, it should not be number one any more.

    Cooked my steak wrong. Had to return it three times and it came back like leather and they would not do anything about it. Had to pay full price for a piece of shoe leather. Will never darken their door again.
