    While my Lexus was in the custody of the company's body shop, the employee(s) damaged the ignition switch. When I came to pick up the car, the body shop manager admitted he could not get the key out of the ignition when he tried to turn it off. It cost me $969 in repairs. The company refused to compensate for the repairs. The owner is irresponsible.
