First to Worst...

The food here has been going downhill since the location at Harford and Cub Hill. It was good food back then. Bill Bateman needs to stop putting pictures of himself on everything and concentate on his product. Won't let my dog eat there now & i'm referring to several locations I visited.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with what others are saying. I live locally and this used to be a great place to have a meal. The quality of the food and service has gone down over the years.

TOWSON LOCATION ONLY GETS BUSINESS CAUSE OF ALL THE COLLEGE KIDS, BILL BATEMANS BAMKS ON THE FACT THAT THEY WILL EAT ANYTHING NOT SOLD ON CAMPUS!!!

The Bateman's in Severna Park - is awful, the food, and the service! My husband and I should have turned and run when we were there on a Thursday night and there was only one other table with customers and an empty parking lot. I did an online complaint after the one in the restaurnat was ignored, we received a letter from the district manager giving us $15 off our next meal. We threw the letter away and won't ever go back it was that bad.

First off, i worked there for about 7 months. The place is a shithole. The cooks are xcons and are disgusting. The wings are double fried, sit in the walk-in in their own fat, and really aren't that good. Yea they have a lot of flavors that make them taste good, but in actuality the piece of chicken is pretty foul. The burgers aren't much better. They come prepackaged in their patties and are pretty much just that, prepackaged burger quality. they may sprinkle some montreal streak seasoning on it to give it flavor, but that's about it. Once again, you have to look at the person handling your food and trust your stomach and your health to them. I would not eat at bill bateman's bistro. Also bill bateman is one of the biggest F@##ing A@#H@#$s in the world.

i don't know how everyone says they are the best wings in baltimore.iam a huge football fan and every year we will get wings for a couple of big games and have friends over.one year we got batemans from the dundalk location.they were the worst wings we ever had.there are far better choices to get wings instead of batemans.

Well, I certainly have mixed feelings. Yes, these are the best wings in town, by far. But the service sucks. It took over an hour for a takeout order the other day and EVERYTHING was wrong. Literally, EVERY item was wrong and all of it COLD. ANd the staff, other than the management, tend to be rude on a daily basis. I recomend just getting your wings and taking them home.
