This spot may have let go its strippers, but its gritty trappings remain: Shelves lined with dripping candles and skulls, old vanity plates from forgotten Harleys, and a voluminous main room with a dark, barnlike hollowness are what you'll find. With its big stage and largely unfurnished floor space, the pub bills itself as one of the best rock 'n' roll venues in the city -- well over 100 people can sweat it out beneath the stage's footlights, even with the bulk of leather jackets.
