The House of Blues has had serious competition ever since Hard Rock Live opened three years ago. And while it's hard to pick a favorite venue for live music in Orlando, there's lots to like about Hard Rock Live. Located right next to the Hard Rock Cafe in CityWalk, it carries on the Roman Coliseum architecture style. There is seating for up to 2,000 people on two levels, and the first floor can also be opened into a standing-room-only dance area. Theater-style seats on the second floor feature plenty of leg room. That and an unobstructed view of the stage make this section your first pick if you know you'll be sitting down throughout the show. If you're seated in one of the side wings, you won't be facing the stage but the views are still fine.
As you'd expect, the sound and lighting systems are top-notch. Hard Rock Live hosts both local bands and national acts touring through town. Age requirements for admission are at the band's discretion, so be sure to call ahead. Alcohol is served for those 21 and up. -- Terry Ward

HALEY"S B-DAY ROCKED!!!!!!!!
OMG haley l. had her 12 b-day party at hard rock live with guests like Lalaine, Josh Peck, Lauren Cowrad, Talan Torriero, and Stephen Coleni ( total hottie) ! " windermere prep" calls it the best party ever! The entertainment was awesome food was great and her entrance was to die for. Haley L, came in on a motercycle from the ceiling! Is there any better way to start a show? If you have any comments please don't hesitate to email me at

One of the best venues in town. Largest capacity out of all the rock venues, and the layout is near-perfect. A place to go and enjoy your music, which is maybe why they call it "Hard Rock Live". The resturant has good food, and I have not once had a problem with service. Long lines sometimes, but that goes to show that it's really an experience unlike anywhere else. Tons of memorbilia everywhere. All the staff is nice and helpful. Every dog has it's day, don't let the stuck up negative reviews discourage you.

PENSACOLA INTERNATIONAL MUSIC FESTIVAL
NOVEMBER 2004
(ALL GENRES)
Let us tell you about ÂConnexion - Pensacola International Music FestivalÂ, hosted by the HILTON GARDEN INN & JUBILEE ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX on Pensacola Beach, Florida. We are doing talent searches nationwide looking for the best of the best and giving them the opportunity to showcase their talent to major representatives in the music industry.
We are providing a warehouse of talent for Record Labels, A&R's and representatives in the music industry so they can pick and choose who they would like to represent. There will be no cost for the up and coming stars other than a $20 application fee to offset handling process.
We do understand that they are at the beginning of their career and funds are low plus this is all about them and not us. We are also here to provide a platform for talent to be seen and heard by the right people. Too many talented people get lost and forgotten because they do not have the funds or the opportunity to showcase themselves.
