FANTASTIC FOOD
Just went there for the first time tonight while vacationing. My family and I loved it. The food and service was excellent. The atmosphere was unique, but not too crazy. Every one is right when they say save room for dessert, they are rich and large. One more thing, it was resturant week in D.C., so we saved money on the three coarse specials. We will deffinately dine here again.

I'd like to say I've been dining here for over 15 years and I'm not quite sure where these people ate that trashed the place but I have NEVER had service in the numerous times I've been there for dinner that even comes close to the type of experience they are speaking about. It's the freshest pasta I've ever had and the best prepared and the service has always been perfect. Or, these people may be one of those customers the waiters have told us about who steal the decorations off of the 15 Christmas tree they have every year. Just think about it, would the elite of DC, including Presidents, repeatedly dine there if it were that bad? I think not. All I can say is that my probably 50 or more times have been great and I am accustomed to dining and out for dating and business alot. Don't be scared off - go and have a wonderful evening.
Olive Garden is better...
The worst excuse for Italian food IÂve ever had.
DO come here if you prefer watered-down Italian food that is more American than Italian.
The service was horrible. Our server wasnÂt familiar with the menu, brought our check before we asked for it  while we were still finishing dessert  and wasnÂt pleasant; to say the least.
I am highly disappointed. If you want REAL Italian food, donÂt bother, but if you call tomato sauce Âgravy then you should be very happy here.Horrible Service
We were seated at a small table next to lattice right outside the kitchen entrance. So needless to say, wait staff were passing our table continually. Despite this, we waited fifteen minutes before anyone came to our table. A nice woman took our order and I later learned that she wasn't even our waitress. The food was good, but not out of the ordinary. I'm sure the poor service tainted our taste buds. When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager, his solution was to be sure our next visit was better. That opportunity will never present itself because there are entirely too many fabulous restaurants in D.C. with exceptional service! The manager also claimed that the seat just ourside the kitchen door was the most requested seat in the house - yeah right!!!
