  See I got this bike at a yard sale and I thought to put some fenders on it to keep suits clean on rainy days. Took it to this one bike shop and said I like those planet earth fenders. Got several calls from an old guy and he mentioned this and that and I said alright just don't go over a hundred. Time goes by .... 3 days or so .. a few more calls to the office and I'd say okay if you really think it needs it just keep it around the 100 bucks. I stopped in to pick up the bike, no fenders, bill was apx 300 bucks. I stopped in two more times trying to catch that person that was on the phone to me, no luck. Some kid was there, I had him get the bill I mentioned what was up with no fenders and the high extremely high bill. I said here's a fifty can you get those __ah fenders on that bike, he said come back in ten minutes. I was nice and made payments to that shop. I've since been dealing strictly with FOLLETS MOUNTAIN SPORTS BIKE SHOP. Straight shooters there and quality parts with quality knowledge, GOOD PEOPLE

  Since Bruce Hoff took over as store manager in March/2007, Follet's has become outstanding in service. Their repair and maintenance work is second to none, and rates are very reasonable. Employees are knowledgeable, helpful, resourceful, and low pressure. They're avid bikers who know and ride the products they sell and service. I bought a $1000 mtn bike from them that had great bang for the buck. Their follow-up service has been excellent. I would definitely buy from them again, and would always take my bike there for service.
