Very Disappointing

Having seen their advertisements for years, looking at that picture of a perfect rare filet, we finally gave in to temptation and made a reservation....it was the most disappointing dining experience we've ever had.
The "tenderloins were nothing like the picture...more like two small filets held together by fat and gristle...and the prices are astronomical...$7.95 for a side of mashed potatoes and the presentation was terrible.
That was my first and last visit to that fraud of a restaurant.

We are from Columbus GA and drive to Atlanta sometimes just so we can eat at Ruth's Chris. Definitely the best food and service to be found anywhere!

I have heard so many good things about Ruth Chris I was really excited when we decided to go there. What a let down. I rate it fair at best. I don't know if we just picked a bad time to go or what happened. The steaks were hugh but it ended there. There were 3 of us. Neither of the 3 were prepared properly. We just took it in stride, paid the tab, $168 and left. We vowed never to return. I did send an email 3 days later expressing our dissatisfaction. I never received a reply. Go on line and make a reservation and get a very quick response. File a complant and never get a reply. If you have not been to a Ruth Chris: Don't bother. Outback is better.

We did not have to wait to be seated. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The service was perfect, as we didn't have to wait for a thing. The food was absolutely the best in town. The salad with homemade bleu cheese dressing to die for, the loaded baked potato, fabulous filet could only be topped by an incredible creme brulee. Great atmosphere and service. Our waiter was the best!
