Traditional appetizers such as spring rolls and calamari are augmented by unusual selections such as roasted duck ravioli in a rich sauce and stir-fried alligator in soy ginger garlic sauce with black mushrooms. Try the shrimp with black bean sauce served with shiitake mushrooms and sugar snap peas or the house specialty of chicken stir-fried with onions, scallions and honey-glazed walnuts.
