Lotus-Best in Wilton Manors

I've been eating at Lotus for nearly 25 years. The portions and flavors are great. This family owned restaurant really creates the standard for any other Chinese Cuisine, They've had some ups and downs with chefs, but as a whole, maintains a wonderful, friendly, and delicious place to eat in or out.

I am from LI and worked within walking distance of China Town. The food here was not bad but when you have been spoiled with such fine fare everything else is so so !! Try Hong Kong City Barbeque on State Road 7 just north of Commercial Blvd. on the west side of the street!!

Very moderately priced and diverse menu of good quality selections--for take out -- or eat in with an unpretentious but clean setting-- if you are further north in Ft. Laud, the tiny Jasmine Garden in Sea Ranch Plaza on A1A actually has better overall quality and more varying and subtle flavors at the same price--with more consistency--

My wife and I have adopted Lotus as our favorite Chinese restaurant here in Lauderdale. The decor is minimal but the food is always up to high standards and the pricing is value driven.
