When most places say they're on the beach, it means they offer a nice view. Caddy's Waterfront is in a whole other category. Situated on Sunset Beach, you can actually find sun-worshippers lolling in the sand out front before coming in for shelter and a few cold beers. All those steamy bodies, the beach chairs to use for free, live music and organized volleyball games should tell you that this place has atmosphere. For more evidence, just look at the classic Cadillac parked out front -- fins and all.
Best of all, this is a place where you can drink without breaking the bank. Happy hours run Monday-Friday from 4PM-7PM and have many cheap drink specials on domestic beers, cell-brand and well-brand drinks.
While you're drinking, don't forget the food. Whether eating inside or on the restaurant's deck, you'll enjoy appetizers ranging from onion rings to grouper nuggets, chopped pork sandwiches to chili dogs, and full dinners including rib and chicken specials.

Caddy's is the BEST
SUSIETPA - 06/27/2008My husband and I take our two children to Caddy's about once a month or so! There are a lot of other children there! We valet park our car, take our toys, umbrella, etc. down to the beach near the water and proceed to have a great family day! The water and sand on this stretch of beach is some of the finest on the West Coast and there is a shower, restrooms, food and great music from the restuarant. An easy fun time at the beach!

showpro665 - 07/14/2007Tiny portions big prices plastic forks worst food in the county, ragged looking waitresses,,,,,,,,a rip off big time, and they don't even brew their ice tea it's out of a spicket a mix, used to be good not anymore, I never go back or anybody I know will either..........

manusod - 08/24/2005The service is OK, but the location location location is tops. Choose from picnic tables on the beach, tables on the deck or inside.... plus there is always a small but musically powerful band playing oldies and other good dancing music!
