Thanks to shared ownership with the folks from State Theater, the Orpheum plays hosts to a variety of performers. You'll often be able to catch a double show, but regardless, the state-of-the-art sound system will impress and the bar scene will be hot.
Even the jukebox rocks here, offering sounds from up-and-coming bands, punk and blues, and a few nostalgic twists. Got a few minutes free? Check out that sexy leopard-print pool table. Look for open mike nights and Orpheum specials. Good venue.Best of local bands and easy going,safe atmostphere.Can move around and be close to stage. Pleasant.

illegalsmile1 - 03/14/2002Ybor is dead without this spot! If you like the vibes here, I would also recommend Tahiti Joe's on Sunday nights for the best in Reggae, Dub, Dancehall, and live music. Reggae is now in Ybor!
