Thin and crispy New York-style pies baked in a brick oven are the specialty at this Metro West pizzeria. The owners, who hail from Queens, know their stuff, and such pizza prowess lures many a homesick New Yorker. Try their hometown special, the Bayside Bianco - a white pizza topped with ricotta, mozzarella, olive oil and garlic. Apart from the pies, the menu includes hearty hero sandwiches, including the stellar meatball parmigiana and New York reuben. There are salads and calzones, too. The clientele spans the spectrum. Young families pack the tables during dinnertime, while lunch draws a diverse crowd of construction workers, high school flirts and white-collar corporate denizens from the myriad offices nearby. Solo diners can sidle up to the bar and take in some TV with their meal, and there's an outdoor patio perfect for whiling away a balmy Orlando evening. Beer and wine are served.

    I have traveled the world and NYPD Metro West is where I would go to get a great pizza. The service is usually terrific and the atmosphere fun; add delicious food to that and you have a winner! Such fun that we even considered them for our daughter's Rehearsal Dinner. When you visit, don't forget to order the Garlic Knots, and do yourself a favor, order the large basket; one taste and you will want to eat them all. Oh, one more thing! The "Broadway Bleu Cheese" salad is fantastic, a meal in itself!

    It's not that it is a bad pizza, it is just not a good one. Simply regular chain store pizza. There is better around.

    I love NYPD's pizza and their crazy delish zeppoles! I don't know what the person who tried the store in New Mexico is talking about...fake cheese? canned sauce? I think they have the wrong store.
    I could eat their pizza and wings everyday...if only that wouldn't make me fat. :)

    the one in orlando is AMMMMMAAAZING ... as someone who was born and raised in NYC i think they make a good pizza pie, their stuffed slices are off the hook, fried raviolis slammin and their zeppolis insanely good ... not to mention that the waitresses are cute lol ... best pizza I ever had outside NYC

    I love pizza and NYPD's is great....Crust is awesome and sauce yum...they have great salads and the people are super friendly.

    When in Albuquerque had your so called pizza. The cheese was FAKE, sauce was CANNED and the Crust SO-SO WE ate the toppings and said never again
