The food here is garbage. The subs and pizza are greasy and of poor quality. To those of you who like this place... have you EVER been to ANY pizza place on Miami beach??? I mean seriously. I've had better frozen pizzas!!

Way overrated. Average pizza on a good day that is nowhere close to the prices they charge for a slice. Prices are way too high.

This is the biggest disappointment. Cheese and pizza is totally tasteless, Want good pizza try Tonys on 441 and 175thst, High quality cheese crisp crust.

Casola's is not even a shadow of what it used to be...

I moved to Charlotte, NC, about 2 years ago and had great memories of Casola's. Today I went and had a slice with my parents, who had told me it wasn't what it used to be, but I had to see for myself.
IT WAS AWFUL!!!
It was the same giant slice of pizza, but it tasted like something I could have bought at the Youth Fair or a high school cafeteria. What a disappointment. This is no longer even close to NY pizza. I used to bring my friends from New York to Casola's, and they would rave about how close it was. What a shame. I don't know if they've changed ownership since Casola died, but if they have, they need to ask the family for their recipe's if they don't want to ruin his name!

CASOLA'S PIZZA IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST PIZZA IN THE WORLD. THE PIZZA IS ALWAYS RAW AND THE PLACE IS FULL OF BRAIN DEAD PEOPLE WHO THINK THIS PIZZA SHOP DESERVES ANY CREDIT AT ALL FOR HAVING GOOD PIZZA IT IS REALLY CRAP.

Not what it used to be

I used eat at Cassolas after a going out to the grove and I used to think it was great pizza.... Something has changed though. The pizza is awful. I now live two blocks away and the last 5 times that I have been there it has tasted like complete garbage. The cheese is cheap and overall the pizza has no taste not to mention that the last time I went there I didnt even finish the slice because it was so bad.

The staff has always been rude but I always overlooked that because the pizza used to be good.

The rest of the menu though is good. The subs and chicken wings are great..

They should rename the place cassolas Subs in stead of Cassolas Pizza.

The most over rated

I have been going to Casola´s for about 20 years. The pizza has always been terrible. The only reason I go is because you can park easily and have a slice. It has always been extremely dirty. They started off little by little renovating but even after they have finished the place is still dirty looking. If it was not for my weekend drinking habits I would never go back there again. Somebody should call the health inspector

Casola's?!? Best of?!?! I don't think these two belong in the same category. I've been to Casola's numerous times, at all different hours, afternoon, night, early morning, everytime I went, It was disgusting. Watery sauce, the pizza had no form to it, it was a watery, doughy, half cooked mess. Even when eaten with a fork and knife, the pizza fell apart and had absolutely no flavor. I'm sorry, but this pizza is far from good, let alone "the best". Want to try a real slice of pizza straight out of New York... GoodFellas in Coral Springs, it's one of South Florida's best kept secrets...
