Double edged sword

Food is excellent. Clientele is snobby and full of want to be's. Service could be better. I would suggest that they not add the tip to the bill. Seasoned gourmet diners know that included tips can be modified but the staff is hoping otherwise; hence the mediocre service. Reservations are a must if one does not mind waiting over an hour for a table. In the process of waiting do not be surprised by patrons that have a Trump complex or act as if they were part of the Onasis family.

After hearing all the raves about this place I had very high expectations. My expectations were exceeded. Starting with the perfectly prepared appetizers, of which our group ordered a bunch, the tuna tartar was exceptional as well as the diver scallops. Crab cake galore, awesome kobe sliders, killer shrimp cocktail and wonderful meaty lobster bisque.
I had the rib eye which was prepared on par with Peter Luger's along with a sampling of creamed spinach, truffle fries and the best damn sweet potato mash ever. The sweet potatoes are flavored with vanilla bean and should NOT be missed.

we were so excited to have dinner after all the long awaited anticipation , arrived at 7.30, were seated immediately, ordered our drinks, drinks arrived, order was taken, bread arrived, drink half done, half roll eaten, salad arrived, half salad eaten, bread removed, steak arrived, salad removed, steak eaten, check requested, valet car at 830- wondering what was there to be excited about?

I ate there some time ago. Waited a long time with a reservation. I was told it was better than Peter Lugars. That was not the case by a long shot. Its worth mentioning that they charge you for their version of steak sauce. I thought this was ridiculous. I just hate being nickled and dimed in a place that expensive in the first place. Its was just another overpriced steak joint. Go to the Outback and save a lot of money.

the old hotel is quaint....the food and drink is one of the best offerings in the county...fox-watching is professional grade!

For me to return to the same restaurant more than once, it's because we're talking about real good stuff. Yes, it's slightly pricey but I's worthy; besides, have you seen something real good going for cheap; I don't think so. The food quality and service are exellent. The Lobster Bisque is best I've tasted so far. Exellent Jumbo lump Crab Cakes. Don't miss the raw bar neither. All steaks are 5 +++ .... I'm going again on Valantine's day.... just can't wait for the porterhouse. Great atmosphere... a little bit noisy.... I rather prefer outside... Do not miss their cocktails while waiting. I strongly recomend reservation ahead of time.

Prine 112 has it all. Great food, great drinks, great ambiance, great people watching and great bills. That being said, I do believe you get excellent value for the price. I always leave there satisified and knowing I got my money's worth.

One of 5 best in Miami,,,only 5 to be mentioned..it is pathetic for a large city!!!!
Energetic atmosphere, the best products cooked correctly and simply. It is not Haute Cuisine but very good and consistent. One of 3 to be noticed in South Beach.... Myles is omnipresent and knows what he is doing...
