This is the only place to be on SoBe... no matter what day of the week or what time of the day. Dottie's Cosmos are superb as is her bubbly and delightful personality. Not to be missed are Ernie's pyrotechnics on Sundays. The crowd ranges from the mildly unconventional to the delightfully bizarre... Felini eat your heart out!
