It seems Hollywood can put Sin City in the running now that the Seminole Hard Rock has arrived. The 12-story Mediterranean-style tower and its adjoining reservation has all the bells and whistles one would expect from a Vegas-style compound: 10 nightclubs, including Pangea Lounge, Gryphon, The Improv, an Irish pub, a dueling piano bar and indoor/outdoor billiards; upper-crust restaurants (one with a wine room containing more than 500 bottles); a food court. Plus, there's a poolside Beach Club replete with water slide; a spa; a Hard Rock Cafe; more than 20 retail shops; as well as a ballroom and club featuring national acts and even a Seminole Indian cultural center where guests can watch alligator versus man wrestling matches.

There's a 5,500-seat concert and sporting arena: Hard Rock Live. Then, of course, there is the 130,000-square-foot casino with 50 poker tables and 2,100 gaming machinesPhew! Between the drinking, gambling, eating and places to get into trouble, it will surely become the Little Vegas of the South.

Has anyone won the ten cent medallion they are giving away for 4 of a kind.
They should be ashamed of themselves. The Poker Room is getting cheaper and cheaper. Used to have Cracked Aces. 4 of a kind $100. Now it is High Hand of the Hour, and 4 of a kind gets a ten cent medallion. SHAME ON THE HARD ROCK POKER ROOM.

  • Jazziz

    Review rating : 5out of 5   Lisafwilliams - 06/09/2008

Seminole Paradise has it all! No matter what you are in the mood for, you will find it there. My favorite is JAZZIZ, it is located smack dab in the middle of all the excitement.
The food created by Chef Jay is always delicious. There is a set menu of popular dishes, but the daily specials are inspired by what is fresh and in season.
The entire staff is great; they are friendly, fun fabulous people whose main concern is you! Their service comes from the heart.
Did I mention the live bands that are featured on the weekends? Or the wonderful bartenders? Over all just a great place to hang out with friends or to meet new ones.

  • Players Club Joke

    Review rating : 2out of 5   canesrchamps15 - 07/31/2007

Recently there has been a shift in the way Players club members are rewared as far as comps, property credits, etc are given to it's members. Prior to July 2007 for a member like myself with over 140,000 points, I would get free rooms every month, large property credits and free play. Now I get 10.00 property credits and no free rooms and not anything really to make me drive the 2 1/2 hours to go there. My wife and I love the place and we would go for the weekend and spend 1000-1500 dollars because we got the free rooms and all the stuff. I wish they would re-look at that because it is the loyal people who keep coming back is who they sould reward.

its only a matter of time before this place closes its doors and becomes a thing of the past . mismanagement .and greed fuels this fire . in the first days of being new it was great . now with gambling comes crime and greed. mafia. this place is a wolf in sheeps clothing . p.s remember when you step foot on that soil you are not on united states land. it is soverieng. that means you cannot sue this place due to the fact its seminole land . too bad for the hard rock name. being in the wrong hands what a shame, they cannot even get decent bands to play there. they dont want to because the stage and arena was not designed proper to begin with . light another cigar billy oceolea with a hundred dollar bill. stick to bingo. maybe fire and hire some knowdledge..able people.....

  • Expensive drinks

    Review rating : 2out of 5   shariinny - 02/16/2007

We stayed at the Hard Rock on a Sunday night March 2006. We went to one of the outdoor bars and order a Jim Beam and a Whiskey and were charged $18 for 2 drinks! Don't know if that is the real price or just that the bartender was upset that she had to stop talking to her boyfriend at the end of the bar and serve us. Would have expected those prices in South Beach but give me a break!
