Come hungry. Chima's servers (gauchos) will bring you so much food you'll have to beg them to stop. First the always-perfect cheese bread arrives with a lovely turkey spread, followed by mashed potatoes and spinach with cheese. Then about 15 types of meats, cooked via rotisserie, are periodically brought to the table on a sword and sliced to your taste. Not only will you get to taste marinated meats, ribs, lamb, pork, chicken and sausage, but you'll also be offered fish and will have access to the salad bar. But it's no ordinary salad bar with iceberg and cucumbers; this one offers usually 20 to 30 items, ranging from the traditional to the unexpected (blue cheese mousse, anyone?). A scaled-down version is offered during lunch.
You'll know this place is special even before you sit down. The entrance is lined with burning torches and decorated with handsome seating areas. Inside are white cloth-covered tables, beautiful wood furnishings and intriguing works of art. If you have any questions about the experience, point them to one of the gauchos--goodness knows you won't have trouble finding 'em.

Absolutely Horrible
If your are interested in all the sole of shoe that you can eat, with an over abundance of MSG, this is the place for you. Other than the food, great place to patronize.
Add CommentGreat Experience
I have dined at Chima numerous times, and have never had a bad experience. The meat is always tender and juicy. It is an abundance of food and worth the price. I have to laugh at the people who in their reviews said they didn't like the servers constantly asking them if they wanted meat, and didn't like that the meat was carried around the dining room. Did they know what a Brazilian steakouse was before they went?!
~Awesome!!!!!
Better than Brazil! Hot servers and amazing food! Well worth $45 for dinner!!!
Disgusting

Overpriced - Steamed Meat on spits that all taste the same. Overall gross to see the same piece of meat being carried all over the dining room.
Major Feast
We love going to Chima for Weekend lunches.
The salad bar is sooo much more, great soups, Caesar salad, caprese, carpachio, many wonderful cheeses. Then the meat selections! The lamb chops are to die for.
The deserts are excellent too.
Going for lunch is more economical and you;ll not need any dinner after this!
