    What started out as a tiny deli 20 years ago has grown into one of the most successful chains in the area: TooJay's actually made the list of the county's top employers. TooJay's now has over a dozen locations in Florida, which tells you that lots of folks are crazy about those fat pastrami sandwiches and black-and-white cookies.

    Expect to find a big, open dining room with lots of comfortable booths and waitresses who call you "honey." As for the food, the rugalach is legendary, and the piping hot chicken soup with matzo balls is great for what ails you. -- Gail Shepherd

      EVERY TIME I HAVE BEEN THE SERVICE HAS BEEN HORRIBLE!
      I HAVE BEEN TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS, THOUGHT WE WOULD GIVE IT ANOTHER CHANCE. NO ONE EVER SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! PORTIONS ARE FILLING, BUT THE FOOD QUALITY IS VERY AVERAGE. DOESN'T EVEN COME CLOSE TO A NYC DELI!!SOUTH FLA HAS MANY OTHER BETTER DELI'S.

      Never had a good corned beef sandwich there; it's dry, stringy, too salty and cold. Frankly, isn't that why we go? The other food's good, though.

      TOOJAY'S PRESENTATIONS ARE VERY PRETTY AND TASTE
      SUMPTIOUS....TRY THE /PASTRAMI/TURKEY RUEBEN.AND
      TRY THE SAUTEED CHICKEN LIVER DINNER DELICIOUS.

      MY ONLY PROBLEM IS, WITH THEIR SERVERS.
      THERE ARE NEVER ENOUGH PRESENT.NO EXPERIENCE
      THEY ARE ALMOST ALL NEW.....AND IT CAUSES CONFUSION &
      LONG WAITING,
      IF THEY COULD CORRECT THIS THEY WOULD BE PERFECT!

      Favorite lunch spot in Stuart. Toojay's is the closest you can find to a New York Deli in Florida. There will probably be a line, but worth the wait. Try the killer cake, it is to die for.

      Boca Raton toojays in Regency Court has deteriated so bad, we efuse to go there anymore. The hostess is terrible and does not know what she is doing. The previous Hotess was a mature male, very nice and kept the place going, is no longer there because of ilness. Breakfast waiters are rude and loud. The tables do not get cleared off in order for people to select their seats. Food has gone dowon hill, do not compare this to the New York deli's by any means. Stay away from this place. We walked out last week because of the service. Management better wake up/
