Atmosphere is a bit noisey---but drowned out by the good food and friendly staff---the ribs (sauce) are GLUTEN FREE.
we have eaten there MANY TIMES and have never been disappointed

I cannot speak for all menu items at Lucille's but do have to state that their barbecue ribs are authentic and extremely tasty., There are not too many restaurants in So. Florida that can match their quality. Prices are a smidgen on the high side,, but you do get your money's worth. Portions, when I was last there were ample and nicely served. but their top feature was the exquisite taste of the ribs.

Best BBQ food we have ever tasted.....love the alternative menu items as well. Our grandchildren love to go to Lucilles - they claim they have tasted other BBQ, but it just isn't as good as Lucille's, especially the Sweet Potato Fries!!!

Had Lucille's cater an event for our development and it got rave reviews...food and service was wonderful.

Lucille's deserves to be voted the Best BBQ in South Florida.

My family used to love going to Lucille’s. Everything was always so tasty, fresh and service was always great! Well they have changed. Not sure if it is the economy or what but it seems as if they are using lower quality ingredients in there menu items. First thing we noticed is that they used to have 3 different types of BBQ at the table. They have removed one version and now only have 2. This is no big issue for me as I never used the “red” BBQ but it may be a downer for others. The real disappointing thing for us was the taste and quality of the Chili, Pulled Chicken, and split pea soup. They obviously changed the ingredients which make these items task bland and water downed. Who knows what else they changed. With the struggling economy this was the worst thing Lucille’s could have done because I can only assume they will start loosing customers. It’s unfortunate because they used to be 5 SOLID STARS, now maybe 1.5 STARS. I hope they get the hint and get things back on track. – BTW we also noticed service was slipping a little during our last visit. We probably won’t be back for a while…. Yes we were that disappointed. SORRY!

I've been to many BBQ joints and this place is HORRIBLE! I even went there a second time to give em another chance and it was still bad. The first time i had the baby back ribs, the meat was ok, but the bbq sauce was nasty! tasted just like ketchup with spices...ewww..i didnt want to mention that you can see them cook the food and they arent wearing gloves!! The 2nd time i went there i had a pork sandwich with beans. i bit right into the sandwich and almost broke my tooth. There was a rock-sized bone just sitting in the sandwich. soo i ate my beans which had green things in it..very weird!! This was by far one of the worst restaurant experiences ive had in a while and dont think ill be back!!!

I just got back from a long lunch and I am ready for a nice nap, because I'm so stuffed full of good BBQ!!!!!! I saw Lucilles on this site and went to try it and I think im already hooked....It's that good!

This place was great! I really liked the family stlye, back yard look that just made the BBQ that much better. It was fast, friendly service and the food was wonderful. If it weren't for gas prices I'd prob. go everyday. They have salads, wraps, burgers, a cuban sandwich, oh and the best Bbq around. They rock, just like BB Kings guitar, the insperation for the name. Great, fun place with good food!
