The real deal
keithj611 - 06/08/2006This is a place that is not to be missed if you are a resident of, or visitor to, Seattle. Serious food, thoughfully and artfully prepared, by a chef who gives it up every night. There are plenty of chic-eclectic food imposters in Seattle, sadly, and I hate it when I pay the check in one of those places - Chef Ethan and Union are NOT one of them. Treat yourself and someone with whom you want to share a romantic dinner.
