For lunch, this family-owned and operated establishment offers up traditional American-diner fare such as burgers, fries, sandwiches and salads. Spedteach45 - 07/02/2008I was visiting my daughter so we decided to try Bens. I was impressed with the amount of items on the menu. It was hard to decide on what to eat... The food was so good, that I recommend that everyone visit this restaurant. The Staff was so nice and cordial. The restaurant was neat and clean.When I return to Brandon I plan on visiting Bens to try other items on the menu. This is a truely a fine family restaurant. It gets top stars from me.

sarahhenthorn - 05/14/2007I'm a server at Ben's Family Restaurant. I work long hours, but the hours don't bother me. I work there because of my friendships I gain with my patrons. I like to see those familiar faces in and about... I try and make my job as easy and relaxing as possible. To see those true valued customers coming back again and again makes me feel like we've given a genuine service. From The Millers to PeeWee and Sally. Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm and their lovely family... Timely service and smiling faces surround you. We are happy to serve you and make your meal as enjoyable as possible. Food cooked to your liking and friendly talk throughout your visit is just as rewarding to you as it is to us. We appreciate your patronage at this Brandon tradition...

brandontam6 - 02/22/2007Somebody told me to try Ben's again. The grouchy old Ben had left. I did and was truthfully impressed. I dined there last night and the experience was great. The food quality and quantity were excellent at an affordable price. Our server, Kelda, was very nice and the owner's son, Jr., (I heard was his birthday), was very professional and cordial. I went back, and you will be glad when you do.
