In what looks like a little shed with a wooden sign simply stating 'restaurant,' the family-friendly eatery also serves alligator tail, hamburgers and sampler platters on its lunch and dinner menu. Breakfast consists of omelets and other egg dishes with a 'bottomless' cup of coffee.

The eatery only seats about 20-30 diners at a time and the digs are about as Florida-casual as it gets, but who needs a fancy environment after spending the day on an airboat? Speaking of which, admit it -- the ride was fun. You loved the half-hour trip through the river of grass, taking photos of the friendly neighborhood otters, birds, fish and turtles, didn't you? Heck, even the gators were cool to look at from a distance. Wonder how they'll taste dipped in honey mustard sauce.
