Bocce Cafe
berylandjim - 06/30/2003After visiting several S.F. restaurants last winter, we chose Bocce because we were able to reserve a private room for our son's rehearsal dinner ( Intimate was the only request from the bride and groom). We confirmed this reservation several times, even 1 1/2 hr. before arrival time. When we arrived, Bocce had given this room to another party! We were devastated when we were seated like sardines (30) in a very public area. Our food was mediocre and some even returned it was so unappetizing. After planning so carefully, we felt we were really let down and we would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, certainly not a large party who has special needs. Bocce blew it big time!
