While reaching over tattooed arms to order a drink in T. T. Roadhouse, you'll realize you're not in the usual cookie-cutter Phoenix bar. Also a coffeehouse, this British pub is named for an age-old motorcycle race that circles a small Irish island. The vintage motorcycle motif provides the decor within its roadhouse walls, but is not overwhelming. What is overwhelming is the jukebox, where pop and top-40 fluff has been replaced by old punk, rock-a-billy, lounge and Swing. While deciding between Johnny Cash or the Cramps to set the mood, play darts or pool or grab a premium cigar. T.T. Roadhouse has the distinction of being voted best pub and best punk bar by local publications.

mataz78 - 02/09/2003Went here for the 1st time last night. The door guy was really cool and the music was great. But, the most important thing is that I now know where all the hot men hang out!! This place is about 80% men and 4 out of 5 of them were gorgeous! And not pretty-boy hot, they were all punk or rock. I will definitely come back.
