OVER RATED
People rave about this place but I feel that I can go to Out Back Steak House for a better steak and a more agreeable price. When you go you are paying for the name not the quality of the food.
Add Commentsome better than others
the one downtown was excellent a few years ago when we were there and probably still is good. the one in fairfax is average. baltimore is above average. but need to all be excellent to be worth the money.
ruth

i ate there a few weeks ago and it was the wosrt steak i ever had. a filet full of grissle and the service was horrible. go the cap grille or mortons!
Better than average
My wife and I ate in the D.C. location earlier this year. She had salmon, and the fish was over-cooked and fairly tasteless. I had a very decent steak, but certainly nothing to rave about. The service was impeccable. Most of the District's good restaurants are fairly pricey, and this one is no exception to that rule.
Anniversary dinner
Lovely experience. Large portions (share the side orders!). gracious service. We preferred our steaks dry ( ithout the melted butter underneath) Very nice complimentary anniversary dessert.
We loved it all.Awesome steak
Steak is awesome. Can cut with a fork. Should get salad and potatoe with meal, instead of paying extra for each item.
Service is very slow. My waiter kept forgetting what my husband and I ordered.
