candleburg - 05/20/2008Did you know that Love is the largest freestanding venue in the NATION?!!! Love has it all :: the venue is stunning & everchanging - the people are beautiful - 8 years and running and I still love LOVE.

redskinz56 - 01/04/2008i do not recommend Love because of the area! many people have been robbed and ive heard gun shots a block away.
the place is nice in side but not worth it when you could just go to Ultrabar which has lots of free parking in the street and is very very safe!

Jerks at Love
pagesmith123 - 07/16/2007Over hyped, overcrowded, and the same ole same ole each week. If you meet a guy there, make sure he is not on the down low or gay. There are many down low brothers there and other places in DC that prey on the innocent and they like to play head games with you. If you meet a girl there, from my personal observation in the bathroom and VIP areas, make sure she doesn't have a Adam's Apple / penis. Most if not all of the guys I have met there have been jerks and on the down low. I no longer venture to this place. Overall Love is full of down low brothers, wannabe rap stars, broke mofos that act like they have money, women that were born men, out-of-towner's, men in their 30s, 40s, and 50s, college freshman and high school fake id youngsters.
