Some bars in town have capitalized on a retro theme (Jilly's and The Redhead), but at the Zebra Lounge, it's the real thing. Rather than follow trends, the Zebra hasn't changed its dcor much at all since opening. That's how classics are made. Tucked in the ground floor of an apartment building, you might miss the Zebra Lounge if you don't look closely. Inside, there is no mistaking that you have arrived. The Zebra wallpaper and lanterns give it away. Like all good piano bars, Zebra always gets everyone involved. The bar is so small that patrons don't have much choice. Those embarrassed by the spotlight will find it shining on them brighter by refusing to join in with the crowd. --Patrick Delahunty
