Most partying in Huntington Beach bars happens on the inside, but not at Hurricane's. At this unique bar, the festivities take place on the establishment's expansive balcony. Office workers come here to tip a few back after work. Later on, surfers and locals hang out to listen to bands. Overlooking Surf City's main drag, patrons enjoy English ales, slurp the 45-ounce Hurricane rum drink or munch on nachos and chicken quesadillas. Checking out the ample supply of hotties hanging out here might be the most compelling reason to drop by this bar. Inside Hurricane's is a small stage for bands, several TV sets to watch sports, and of course the establishment's full bar.

Ahhh geez...what can I tell ya. Simply yhe BEST place to hang out in HB. Where else would ya need to go? Stiff drinks, generous pours, top notch food, the hottest bar staff around, every game that is being played is on Sundays, and the greatest assortment of locals, tourists, and anyone else who happens to come traipsing in. Ive never had a bad experience in here. The staff make you feel like royalty! The balcony on a saturday July afternoon is some of the most sought-after real estate in OC. To put it simply, if they didnt close, I would never leave! Although, it is painfully apparant that this Michael Alarcorn dude who wrote the review has never actually been in the establishment, as he mentions a non-existant fireplace. Go Hurricanes! Go Patriots! wahooooooo!!

This place RULES. I dont know how else to put it. Being a local, I got to know pretty much everyone in there. But, even when I moved away for two years (I'm back now) the staff and management treated me like I had never left. If this place didn't close, I would never leave. Big Miller Lite and a shot of Souther Comfort, baby!! Wahoooooo!!!
