Little Havana, a favorite of the after-work crowd and Federal Hill locals, sits on Key Highway next to the Museum of Industry. The whole place is one huge, funky, dark, industrial room, with a high ceiling, exposed brick walls, block glass windows, and a hodgepodge of Cuban memorabilia. A large, boisterous bar is in the center of the room. That, plus the large outdoor deck are the best reasons to party at Little Havana.

Peripheral seating, and a handful of cozy wood booths accommodate the dinner crowd. The "nuevo Cubano" menu at Little Havana includes specialty drinks, appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, and entrees, that range from $11.95 to $18.95). Appetizers include chicken wings, empanadas, mussels and nachos. The menu offers a balanced variety of vegetarian, fish, shrimp, beef, chicken, steak and pork choices for the main course. You can eat cheaply at Little Havana by opting for one of the tasty, economical sandwiches that come with a side of beans and rice.
