Eating at BD's is a job and an adventure. You get to choose from an array of meats, fish, tofu, vegetables, oils, spices and sauces to make your very own creation; then, the chefs prepare your chow on a grill in the center of the restaurant. Since you make your own feast, your meal can be different every time, and the fresh and flavorful food stands on its own. The fantastic fare is complemented by a festive atmosphere and fun staff. If you're not in the mood for the grub at the grill, try out the full soup and salad bar. BD's is a treat for all of your senses: The aromas, the tastes, the preparation and presentation -- all amazing -- and it's a fun spot for groups as well as for dates. -- Amy Lewis

This is truly one of the most unique dining experiences I have experienced in Denver. Although it is not the the only "Mongolian Barbeque" in Denver, it sets itself apart from all the others. Its array of meats, seafood, tofu, vegetables, sauces, and spices allow you, as the chef, to create your own stir-fry. Then, your food is prepared for you at a large round grill in the center of the restaurant. Your stir-fry is served with rice and tortillas which is waiting at your table on your return. A full soup and salad bar is also available. Everyone is welcome in this place which was very evident in the diversity of the employees and clientel. The decor is tastefully done, with one entire wall being a hand painted mural with a "Rockies meets Mongolia" theme. I had a wonderful experience and recommend this restaurant to everyone. I will certainly return. Now is a good time to go, because once the city gets word of this place, you can expect to see a line out the door.
