Pushcart trolleys stacked with tasty dim sum are the newest addition at Nine Dragons restaurant in the China pavilion at Epcot World Showcase, with more than a dozen creation including savory and sweet choices, some warm, others cold. Many diners make a meal of the tasty little dumplings and pastries filled with meats or vegetables, while others start the dining experience with dim sum, then move on to traditional Chinese entrees. Favorites include shrimp dumplings, barbecued pork buns and spring rolls. As the traditional trolley cart moves throughout the dining room, diners select the appetizer-sized dishes, and a small card is stamped each time they choose a basket or plate of dim sum. Dishes from the carts are priced from $3.95.

Servers often suggest accompanying dishes to enjoy family style, like Singapore rice pasta with barbecued pork and shrimp, or a platter of roast ducking or beef in spicy dressing. Hot oolong tea is the traditional accompaniment, but the restaurant also serves wine and beer.

The sweet dim sums are delightful, from peach-shaped buns with sweet red bean filling to sesame seed balls and egg custard tarts -- unusual desserts for most palates. It's a health-conscious and light way to dine
