Uncle Lee's Inner Harbor location makes its home in a fabulous old bank building. High ceilings, plentiful windows and arches help form the dramatic interior and the duplex structure that allows diners to choose between the main floor or to ascend the staircase to the second floor balcony, with its views of the patrons below. Paper lanterns, trees and a fireplace add finishing touches to the unique dining rooms. The Szechuan menu will seem familiar to anyone who has eaten Chinese food: you'll find staples like General Tso's Chicken and Tung Ting shrimp -- all excellent. If you like Peking Duck, you'll be happy to know you needn't order it 24 hours in advance, it's always available at Uncle Lee's. There's a second, less dramatic but equally good branch of Uncle Lee's on Greenmount Avenue. -- Melissa Nurczynski

DO NOT GO THERE FOR FOOD
I chose to go to this restuarant since it was rated number 2 on the list, and I agreed that PF Changs is probably the best Chinese cuisine in the state. I went to Uncle Lees for dinner and was the only couple in the entire resturant, and now I know why. The food was pricey for its quality. I have had better chinese at the local chinese carry out for half the price. The food tasted really bad, and the other dish I ordered had no taste at all. Unless you are going to drink at the bar, or for the club( I have heard they turn it into a club on Saturday nights), pick somewhere else.

This place absolutely sucks!!!! The food was awful and has terrible flavor. You'd be better off at a carryout Chinese restaurant in ANY neighborhood.
