Owned and operated by a local family, this diner serves a variety of cuisine in its book-size menu. There aren't too many places in town where you can order a plate of golden brown pancakes dripping with sticky maple syrup or a slice of tangy Greek spinach pie with sides of rice and feta cheese. Along with classic American dishes, authentic Greek and Italian fare is featured for all three meals. Some of the menu favorites in the latter categories include the mousaka, gyro platter, baked pastitsio and the feta cheese and tomato omelette. With 400 seats in the dining hall, there is ample room for all group sizes.
Families particularly like this restaurant because of the inexpensive prices and menu variety. There is also a special menu just for the little ones with such tiny tot favorites as PB&J, grilled cheese, charbroiled hamburgers and chicken fingers. Breakfast is available all day, and dinner selections are served until the early morning hours.

LESS THAN 1 STAR!!!
AnngeLM - 08/04/2009My parents took us there as children, so my brother & I thought it would be fun to go back. Wish we NEVER did! Totally ruined our childhood memories of this place. FILTHY & DISGUSTING. From the windows, floors & walls, to the menus & condiments on the tables, etc... Seriously, it was SO bad we decided NOT to order anything from the kitchen. (I wanted to leave, but he thought it would be rude to walk out.) So, we decided since we were already there (and hungry) that we'd order dessert from the display case. Sadly, even the chocolate cream pie was bad. (I don't know whether it was old, poor quality or we'd just lost our appetites by that point!) We're still trying to figure out why anyone would eat there. (?!) It's not even "cheap". For the same prices, you can go to a NICE, CLEAN restaurant & not be afraid to eat! (Nor feel like you need a shower when you leave.)

HopeMarshallFL - 06/01/2009It is a lot cleaner. The food is totally delicious compared to the previous people who owned it. I actually look forward to dining there occassionally instead of going there because it was nearby. P.S. the mashed potatoesare real and out ofr this world.

dinerfiend - 06/20/2008Food is good prices are great but the service was priceless !! We have eaten in diners and restaurants all over the world and we all agreed the server we had was, for lack of a better words, REAL. The service was not the corporate restaurant boring speil i.e "hi my name is.....todays specials are blah blah blah" he seemed to genuinely care and engaged us in conversation and made us all laugh go "Charle Brown!". The degrading screaming at the staff from the lady at the register raised our eyebrows and detered some of us and reduced this review to excellent.

Davs1wrld - 05/16/2008My family loves this place. Never a long wait , service is prompt and curtious. Food is good, large selection,large portions and great prices. Other reviews claim this place is dirty. I have NEVER scene this. Always clean when I have been there. GREAT PLACE FOR A QUICK , INEXPENSIVE , GOOD MEAL.
