Like other restaurants in the heart of Orlando's 'Little Saigon,' this Colonial Drive staple serves up an awesome aggregation of menu items, but walking past the Norfolk pines and through the doors, you feel like you're on the verge of experiencing a culinary event. With all the hustle and bustle, clammer and chit-chat, dining here is like dining in one of the more popular Asian eateries in San Francisco, New York or Toronto. The deafening din aside, the food is what's drawn loyal patrons here for the past 15 years, not to mention the bargain prices -- for roughly the same cost as a fast food combo meal, you can fill up on a steaming bowl of noodle soup called 'Pho' or down a stack of springrolls.
The shrimp and pork pancakes, served with herbs and lettuce, makes for a unique, though satiating, starter. Entrees are vast and voluminous, so take your time and ask the waiter questions if you're not sure. The hot and spicy beef noodle soup will surely fire things up, while any of the rice plates, like the sauteed chicken, onion, brocolli, green bean and napa over rice, will please less adventurous diners. The combo platters, such as the tiny rice sticks with charbroiled meatballs and shrimp paste, are served with two spring rolls and hoisin sauce and will satisfy the most famished of patrons. Most dishes can be served to vegeterian tastes, so ask before ordering. Beer and wine are available, but the most authentically Vietnamese beverage on the menu is the iced coffee sweetened with condensed milk. If you find yourself bloated after your meal, take a walk to the back and check out the the big fish tank full of tropical fish.

my mouth still waters....
I had been one of their regulars through 1989-2001....both pregnancies drove me there several times a week, needless to say my daughters became huge fans as well. The food was always great. service very fast and oh so friendly. Oh, oh and the prices were perfect, such great bank for your buck! Since moving to NY, I often remember fondly of those days when I'd walk in with my kids, and the servers already new my order! I dream of those rolls and shrimp dish, wish I was pregnant! ha.ha. Thanks for the memories!! Barbara

A real bargain
We always go there when we are in Orlando. The spring rolls are definately worth the drive.
Excellent food
We have been there a couple of times and we have really enjoyed it. Good food, quiet and good price.
Technical Re-Visit
Close to intersection of Virginia and Mills/ Vi-Mi District. This is authentic Vietnamese and very affordable. Excellent service with tablecloths. Amazing, this place exists.
They still have the magic touch. Do use this resturaunt/ call ahead for takeout. One of my favorites in Orlando since I discovered it almost five years ago. Prices are basically the same now as then . Go figure? Highly acclaimed.
