Richard Nixon was the first U.S. president to visit China and establish relations between the two countries. So is it a mere coincidence that one of OC's best Chinese restaurants is located a few blocks from his childhood home? No one will ever no for sure, but what we do know is that Wing's, located in Yorba Linda, has been a favorite for family-style dining for more than 30 years. Platters of traditional fare, such as egg drop soup, crispy egg rolls, and sweet and sour pork, are passed around the table for all to share, while the decor is simple and the service excellent.

Old was better
PierceDL - 08/12/2009Restaurant use to be excellent when the old owners were owners. Quality has gone down. Restaurant seems dirty.

Disappointed with the Food
hockeygrrl863 - 04/22/2007As one of the Best of 2007, I really expected a lot more. When we arrived, the place wasn't full but the waiters appeared to be understaffed and running around like crazy. They were all very friendly, so I felt bad for them. It took a few minutes for anyone to acknowledge us after we sat down. We had to send back our rice bowls because both were still dirty. Then when I went to use my napkin, it was dirty too. I was a little grossed out by this point. We ordered two appetizers and an entree to share, but we didn't think the food was very good. I had to s pit out a piece of chicken because of a very large piece of fat that I couldn't chew. Not a good experience, but like I said..staff was friendly and they were doing their best. But I couldn't help wondering how they handle food since two dishes and a napkin weren't even clean.

cynthiaaandrews - 10/15/2005This restaurant is excellent, excellent food and fabulous service. Definitely a treat to the taste buds. Classic Chinese dining with old favorites such as egg foo yung. Definitely a must go to enjoy!!
