EAST | WEST's hunky "mixologists" are also a well-gawked-at incentive to saddle up to the bar for champagne cocktail or a specialty top-shelf sidecar. However, dwelling in this cultural vortex doesn't come cheap. A $42 margarita named "The Don" seems slightly excessive, unless the ghost of Don "The Godfather" Corleone is greeting you at the door or Donald Trump is pouring the 1942 Don Julio tequila himself. Also available for the less thrifty is bottle service and the use of the mezzanine and upstairs lounge -- all for the membership price of $1,200.
