Mitchell's ice cream is as good as ice cream can get. It's not 100% natural and it's not organic and rain forests aren't saved with each lick, but Mitchell's has one thing no one else has. They specialize in Philippine syrups, which gives them the most unique ice cream flavors anywhere. The macapuno (a coconut), the mango, and the langka (well, you have to taste it) will keep you coming back. The same holds true for the regular flavors, which change constantly, and are made right on the premises. Kahlua chocolate cream is a big favorite, and so is Thai tea. But if you really want a superior cone, ask for the vanilla almond, have it dipped in hot chocolate and covered with gummy bears. Really.

Best ice cream ever. I was upset that they removed the marble fudge from the menu! Also try their chocolate dip!

Okay so it has a parking lot that is almost ALWAYS full. Usually there is a line too. Doesn't this tell you something about Mitchell's Ice Cream? Flavors here that won't be found anywhere else, from the weird (corn ice cream? Macapuno?) To the sublime Mexican Chocolate with cinnamon. I can't wait for the fresh cantaloupes to hit the farmers market because Mitchell's Cantaloupe ice cream has to be tasted to be believed! Best flavor is probably the cantaloupe. Or the Kahlua chocolate, or the Mexican Chocolate.
Ice cream

I say it is the best ever because they have many tasteful kinds to try. And many variety eggnog for the holiday and pumpkin for holloween fun ugh? There banana is very popular and you have to get it dip in fudge.
'Scrumptious Scoops'

Rich buttercream quality in all scoops - seasonal specialties like the Egg Nog at Christmas time are great-family operation like the long-closed Garretts on Alemany.
