    i like going there to celebrate b-days, bridal showers or just like to go for a friends night out... though not much of a singles place usually find couples and there friends usually couples....and security is rude...bad experience with them once... safety is a concern...parking a buffet for thieves need more vigilance...

    I feel that this dave & buster's needs to really work on how they handle their establishment. the place is rude as far as handling certain things I feel that they can learn alot from the dave & buster's in orange

    i've been to a few D&B and never been disapointed. it's a great place to have fun and enjoy yourself. you just have to watch how much you spend. but i highly recomend it.

    Me and my friends from work went in to play some pool and when we were done and ready to pay for services the clerks or manager couldnt understand how to work thier own register and overcharged me by swiping my card too many times and when she was done she told me my card wasnt charged because it didnt work so they charged my two friends instead. Well i get home and check my bank statement online and it was charged TWICE! D&B needs to learn how to train thier staff better so they don't make these kind of clerical mistakes and even the manager screwed it up, what a mess. Also, the security they have there are very rude when it comes to hassling you for ID's when u play video games around 11pm.

    I have lived in Rancho Cucamonga all my life, and I remember when D&B Ontario first opened, it was a place of class. There were dress codes and curfews and now it has become a place where I no longer feel safe at. I have been there when fights have broken out, and I was even there when there had been a stabbing in the Midway and in the parking lot. I feel that this company is only concerned with making money and not with making D&B a safe and comfortable environment.
