HORRIBLE service

I went to look at cars, my person Manny was not willing to work with me on anything, I told him I would take the car out the door if he worked with me and they said they couldnt. To save myself a drive, I called this morning to see how much it would be, if they could run my credit (which is great), tell me the monthly payments, a guy named Mitch said "we dont work like that, absolutely not, you need to calm down maam" I was taking back by his words, as all i did was ask a question. He then said "it would just take 15 min of your time to come down here" I already spent 3 hours there yesterday being haggled!! So basically I told him I just wanted a car and if he couldnt make it easier for me, then I would have to take my business elsewhere. Its pretty simple, I was going to buy a car today. Consequently, he HUNG up on. Straight hung up on me. This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered, extremely rude, and unprofessional. With our economy so low these days, cars should be something that should sell like water, if they dont want to sell cars, maybe they should go work at mcdonalds and sell burgers!
